I stayed in new-fashioned, airy room with a terrace, 2 windows plus clean bathroom...

Very comfy bed, large bathroom and air conditioning and a writing table in the room.

I could see street from the window of the double room. The bed was good with hypoallergenic pillows. It offered good service and fab food too.

clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was marvellous and fantastic and adjacent to restaurants and the hop on bus stop and train station and bars and restaurants. the a double room was well maintained and silent. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were terrace, a balcony, and a writing desk too. thanks to a great service i had a great stay.

Romantic hotel, it has great service, stunning location very near to the water transport station. Tea, pastries, and cheese for breakfast are a plus. The rooms are spotless with nice sized bathrooms. Pleasant and immensely pleasant staff ensures you spend an excellent time here.

I've stayed here before and had a great time, so 100% recommend this hotel. Everything was very comfortable, terrific service, fantastic location so close to a nice alley with lots of restaurants bars and the airport, train station and Murano.

We liked absolutely gorgeous rooms and great food.

Staff were courteous, atmosphere was quiet, it had amazing location short walk to the airport or train station, Venice on two occasions, and all attractions, shopping, eateries and public transport links. The room was spacious, and we had a perfect view of city. A bidet was excellent and everything was perfect.

I didn't want to say goodbye and will definitely go again next time. Many things to mention - everything was clean, fab food, perfect views. All the staff was pleasant, settled my issues. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was terrific.

The service was friendly during my stay. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was outstanding with a wide range of choice! Amazingly great and very obliging team, they made me feel welcome. It was in a very central location, right next to San Marcus square.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the beautiful city on foot and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to San Marco square. The staff at this hotel are friendly, knowledgeable, and speak English very well. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were clean and spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The prices at this hotel were great, offering good value for money.

The shower in the rooms was inadequate, requiring guests to walk around to get wet.
